Client Requirement
Electricity is a critical operational requirement for the manufacturing facility and a major component of overall production costs. Akshay Chemicals wanted to reduce its dependence on grid power and lower electricity expenses by adopting a reliable and cost-effective solar energy solution.
Challenges
Akshay Chemicals frequently faced power-related issues from the local utility, including grid voltage imbalance and power failures. These issues posed a risk to sensitive manufacturing processes and equipment, making power quality management a key concern.
Solution Delivered
Infisol Energy designed a comprehensive solution that addressed both energy generation and power quality challenges. A high-tension voltage stabiliser was installed to manage grid voltage fluctuations. The rooftop solar system was equipped with Huawei inverters, enabling dynamic control of power factor, voltage regulation, and power production.
This integrated approach ensured stable operations, improved power quality, and consistent energy savings for the client.
