Aurangabad Carbon Products Private Limited (ACPPL) was established in 1989 in Aurangabad, Maharashtra, with the objective of delivering world-class solutions in industrial gases. The company focuses strongly on technical competency to provide end-to-end solutions for industrial gas applications.
Client Requirement
ACPPL’s sister company, Infinity Gases, had already benefited from a solar installation executed by Infisol Energy. Based on this positive experience, ACPPL decided to adopt rooftop solar to achieve similar energy cost savings and sustainability benefits.
Challenges
The project involved several site-specific challenges:
Multiple sheds with varied orientations
Steep rooftop angles requiring enhanced safety measures
High dust levels affecting long-term system performance
Solution Delivered
To safely execute the project on steep rooftops, Infisol Energy installed dedicated safety railings and walkways across the sheds. To address dust-related challenges, a semi-automatic water-based module cleaning system was implemented.
The entire 340 kW rooftop solar project was successfully executed within 45 days, well ahead of the committed timeline.
